New Accounts

AWH exclusively serves legitimate retail businesses in the United States. To qualify, you must have a retail store with a State Resale Tax ID# specific to your operating state. We offer guidance on crucial opening decisions, including product selection and store setup. Please note, we do not supply eBay shops, flea markets, home businesses, mobile shops, or online stores without a physical retail presence, and we do not engage in drop shipping.

Submit a Dealer Application

Once you have been approved, you will be notified and assigned a sales rep.

Terms  

All new accounts are opened on a charge card basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. After you have been approved for dealership and have established a history with us, you may qualify for COD-company check.

Longstanding customers with good credit history may apply for NET 15 terms.

Any account on Net terms with any balance past 60 days will be put on COD or charge until the account is brought current.  

Any account on NET terms with an outstanding balance 120 days past due will be sent to collections and NET privileges will be permanently revoked. Any account being sent to collections will be responsible for any and all collection fees.  

Any account with 3 checks returned NSF will be put on COD-Certified funds or charge card permanently.

All orders are shipped on a "Fill" or "Kill" basis. There are no backorders.

Shipping

We offer all UPS and FedEx services. All shipments are F.O.B. Niles, IL. Any refused orders will only be reshipped if paid with credit card. Any box that is redirected to a new address will incur a change of address charge of $10.00 per box. Please advise us of any address change to avoid this charge. Any packages shipped by UPS or FedEx that are returned to AWH for reasons that are no fault of AWH will incur return shipping charges.

Shipping Allowances  

Free ground shipping on orders over $2,000.00.
1/2 ground shipping on orders over $1,000.00.

Returns  

Returned goods require authorization prior to sending the item(s) back to AWH. Please contact your sales rep for a Return Authorization number. Write the RA # on the outside of the return package and enclose a list of the items with a reason why each item is being returned.


Refusals  

Refused orders that are returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred with the shipment. Excessive Refusals may require the account to be placed on pre-pay terms.


Warranties  

All new skateboard products are warranted by the skateboard manufacturer to be free of defects. They may be returned to AWH for credit, but AWH reserves the right to deny credit if we feel that the defect will not be covered by the manufacturer. All items denied credit will be trashed or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.


All used equipment warranties are handled by the manufacturers.

Privacy  

We at AWH Skateboards respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. While we do use generic information to help us to improve our site AWH Skateboards will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security  

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software for secure e-commerce transactions available today. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address to ensure that it cannot be read over the Internet.
