aWh Return and Warranty Policies:
Returns
Returned goods require authorization prior to sending the item(s) back to aWh. Please contact your sales rep for a Return Authorization number. Write the RA # on the outside of the return package and enclose a list of the items with a reason why each item is being returned.
Refused orders that are returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred with the shipment. It may also result in the account being placed on a Pre-Pay basis.
Warranties
All skateboard products are warranted by the skateboard manufacturer to be free of defects. They may be returned to aWh for credit, but aWh reserves the right to deny credit if we feel that the defect will not be covered by the manufacturer. All items denied credit will be trashed or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
