AWH Customer Policies
New Accounts
AWH only opens legitimate businesses. You must have a retail store and you must have a State Resale Tax ID# for the state you are operating in. If you are planning to open a retail store, let us work with you to help you make those all-important opening decisions. We can guide you with advice on product selection, how much to spend and how to set up your store.We do not sell to Ebay shops, Flea markets, Home Businesses, Mobile Shops or Online shops without a retail location. We do not drop ship.
We only sell to shops in the United States.
Once you have been approved, you will be notified and assigned a sales rep.
Terms
All new accounts are opened on a Charge Card or C.O.D.-Certified funds basis. (Certified Bank Check or Money Order)
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
After you have been approved for dealership and have established a history with us, you may qualify for COD-company check. (Call or email Linda Weernink linda@awhsales.com for more info).
Longstanding customers with good credit history may apply for NET terms.
Any account on NET terms with an outstanding balance 60 days past due will be put on COD until the account is brought current.
Any account on NET terms with an outstanding balance 120 days past due will be sent to collections and NET privileges will be permanently revoked.
Any account with 3 checks returned NSF will be put on COD-Certified funds or credit card permanently.

All orders are shipped on a "Fill" or "Kill" basis. There are no back orders.

Shipping
We ship UPS. All shipments are F.O.B. Niles, IL. All orders received by 2PM Central Time will be shipped the same day.
Any refused orders will only be reshipped if paid with credit card.
Any box that is redirected to a new address will incur a change of address charge of $10.00 per box. Please advise us of any address change to avoid this charge.
Any packages shipped by UPS or FedEx that are returned to AWH for reasons that are no fault of AWH will incur return shipping charges.

Free ground freight on orders over $2,000.00 Recession Fighter Promo $1,000.00 = Free Freight
All free freight orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified
Air Freight
If you qualify for discounted ground shipping we will subtract the discount from the Air shippment cost if you decide to ship your order by air. This only applies to orders in the continental U.S.
Order Pickup
Web orders are available for pickup by appointment only and require 24 hours notice.

Privacy
We at AWH Skateboards respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. While we do use generic information to help us to improve our site AWH Skateboards will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
